Waterford-based Balance Fitness has kicked off the New Year with innovative pop-up fitness classes. These spinning, strength and core classes cost €8 per class and take place at former Chartbusters premises in Ardkeen Shopping Centre on Saturdays from 9.30am-10.30am, 11.30am-12.30pm and 6.30pm-7.30pm and are due to continue through February. All classes are drop in but have proved extremely popular so participants are advised to turn up 15 minutes early to make sure they are not disappointed.
Speaking about the classes, owner of Balance Fitness Seamus Doyle stated, “We wanted to do something innovative for the New Year to inspire people to try one of our classes. As they are drop-in, it’s a great chance for people to try out new ways to get fit. Hopefully they’ll enjoy them, feel great after and have a healthier 2012.”

Hiya, I was just wondering what classes you do? I’ve never done any kind of fitness class and I’m worried your classes might be too advanced?
