Dublin-based biking company Biking.ie is planning to run a Transalp holiday that will be run through its Italian art, All Mountain Experience, this August.
The route will be suited to experienced cyclists only and will travel over the Dolomites from Innsbruck in Austria to Riva Del Garda in Italy. The trip is expected to take approximately five days and will include both steep climbs and descents.
This ride will differ from the TransAlp race as it is not competitive and there is a strong emphasis on the holiday aspect. Full van support will be provided and guests will stay in comfortable rifugios along the way.
