Set in a true urban environment, straddling the M50 between Knocklyon and Tallaght, Tymon park is the location for the second race in the Urban Trail series. The course will take you around the park on grass and forest trails. The race will include two steep ascents allowing participants to get a great view of Dublin city.

The race is a bag of tricks with consistent flats and sharp inclines and declines. The terrain will change constantly as participants go from open expanses to dense woodland with gnarly underfoot conditions.

There are two options-5km and 10km and all levels are welcome to participate. The race will start at 10am. Registration will take place at Spawell from 08.30-09.30. For further details www.urbantrailsireland.com
