The first in a series of three races, this first-ever Urban Trail event kicks off in St Anne’s Park in Dublin on 18 December. The other two will take place in Tymon Park and Marlay Park in 2011.
The events will bring competitors off the beaten track and introduce them to unknown trails within the city. Routes will weave through woods, across streams and introduce people to classic trail running.
The Urban Trail Series offers races for all levels with short and long course options. All events will be chip timed and fully marked. Inov8 will be amongst the prize givers and the overall series winner will be crowned after the last race in Marlay Park. There will also be prizes for ingenuity and endeavour!
